Mission
Corporations must satisfy four primary customers in order grow and prosper: the consumer, employees, investors, and the community that grants the corporation the license to operate. The last customer, the community, is more often than not, either ignored or held in contempt, by those very corporations (and their local representatives) who seek the community’s approval for site plan and rezoning applications. The result is community conflict called NIMBY playing out in thousands of city halls across the country.

Our civic mission is to cut the number of NIMBY conflicts in America by over 50 percent. This bold mission will be accomplished by educating corporations and development professionals on why NIMBYism happens, how outdated corporate practices create community opposition, and what Corporate America can do with civic engagement practices to earn back the respect of the community that grants them the license to operate, one project at a time.
Our corporate mission is to build and maintain sustainable relationships with key decision-makers who impact the future growth and prosperity of our clients, one project at a time. We accomplish our mission by providing unique and innovative civic engagement practices that influence a diversity of stakeholders who determine public outcomes from Main Street to Wall Street and from City Hall to the Nation’s Capitol.
